More flowers and lace

Here is another card using the papers from the Basic Grey Cappella pad. I found my two last remaining sheets of Stampin' Up! Soft Sky which goes beautifully with these papers. So sad that colour has long retired! I also used SU Chocolate Chip both for the background and for inking the frames and wording which is from JustRite Stampers. The lace is threaded with narrow silk ribbon and I have coloured both the leaves and the pearls with Copic markers though the leaves look reddish as I don't own a chocolate Copic!

What a dreadful day here today - cloudy and freezing cold with fine showers from time to time. 12 degrees C right now and it has not been any higher all day! The dogs have their coats on and have been buried under the blankets in their beds all day. It will be so lovely to see sun again to warm us up.

Love the colors and always forget that I can use my Copics to color flowers, brads and pearls, just beautiful.

That's gorgeous Jean! I love the new borders from JRS, and your layout/colour scheme is very elegant and graceful.

I can't get over all the wonderful detail on this card. The lace and flower is gorgeous and the perfect color and that framing is out of this world. Great work! Best, Curt

Oohh.. I love this!! Is there such a thing as "modern vintage" or did you just invent that!! :)

And the reddish leaves are splendid!!

Wish I could send you some of our heat, and you could pass some cool up my way!!!

This is so sweet Jean! I'm not usually a lacey person but I really like this one!
