And more!

More progress in the last two days - four men put up all the wall frames and most of the roof trusses. Then today there are three men doing the last of the trusses and also the patio area you see in the front has now got its roof trusses on. There will be three round columns along the front of the patio - hope they will look good.

Soon I think we will go choosing the kitchen, laundry, bathrooms etc. That will be fun though I have some idea of what I want for the kitchen bench tops and cupboards.

No building now for a few days while they go work on some other job but I think the roof should be going on next week - then it will look more like a house!

I was all set to stamp this morning and then had visitors so I made Red Velvet Cupcakes and scones for them. They went over well! The stamping will keep for tomorrow!!

Having just moved into our newly built house in June, I can tell you it's a very stressful time, but it will be well worth it in the end. I'm sure your house will look beautiful & I'll look forward to seeing it's progress.
Take care,
Andrea.
