Surf and Swap!

I have been off air for a few days as I took my parents for medical appointments. Here is a card I made the other day after the yacht one. This one is using the same Stampin' Up! set Seaworthy but the patterned paper and star eyelets are not Stampin' Up! This was made from Beate's weekend Sketch.

The image is stamped in Blue Bayou on to Whisper White card and then layered on to Ruby Red card. This is then layered with Dimensionals! The base card is Chocolate Chip and the strip is River Rock which has been stamped with Sanded in River Rock ink. The in colour ribbon Blue Bayou is used on the strip.

I collected my mail today - lots of it - and there were my swap cards from Karen. Arent they all so lovely and different. No set theme, just to use current Stampin' Up! supplies! Seven of her team joined in and from left to right, top to bottom, the cards were made by Judy, Debbie, Leigh, Karen, Grace, Kylie and me. I just noticed that Karen, you are the only one not to have a flower or more on your card LOL!! Thank you everyone for your card. Great ideas of design and colour.
Karen also sent me the little thank you gift she made for everyone who joined in! The tiniest little purse which is big enough to hold two lollies!! How cute!
Now it is up to me it seems to think of a swap to host for June!! I want to think of something a bit different like using something specific on the cards. I will work out something!
