New Years Card

I have been making a few New Years Cards to send out and this one is going to a friend overseas - bit late I know but most of the year left yet LOL!

The paper I used here comes from a paper pad called Midnight Frost by Bo Bunny and although I guess it is more Christmas paper, it can be used quite well for other themes. It is very very nice!

I have used a sketch from Carol's Sketch Fun Challenge #25 this time - so many sketches out there which makes it so easy to find something to suit.

The image has been coloured with Prisma pencils and solvent - I thought I would have a change from using the Copic Markers.

Card: SU Bravo Burgundy, Whisper White, Bo Bunny Midnight Frost paper pad
Stamps: Penny Black and JustRite Stampers
Ink: Memento Tuxedo black, SU Night of Navy and Prisma pencils
Other: Silver glitter card for stars, Nestabilities dies, Ribbon, rhinestones from stash and glitter glue

This is sooo gorgeous Jean - and how ironic you used this image with all the flood waters around QLD - this looks like the best way to be in the water!!!
