It has been a while since I have used burgundy cardstock so went with it for a colour for this card. The main image is from Stampin' Up! Together Forever set and if I had owned the matching wheel, I would have used it for the background on the black card. Instead I used a flower from Eastern Blooms and stamped it in Encore Gold.
A flower is popped up on Dimensionals and the little butterfly from SU Always set is stamped and embossed in gold. The vanilla background has been stamped with the SU Canvas background in Versamark. I firstly stamped the canvas stamp onto scrap using Bravo Burgundy ink and cleaned that off before inking with Versamark. Versamark tends to take ink off stamps, hence I got the very very pale pink canvas look on the vanilla.

I love how you call this a simple card but there are tons of little touches everywhere. :) The colors are so elegant and I had forgotten how much I loved that Together Forever stamp set. Guess I know what is going on my wish list.
