Seaworthy

These stamps are from the new set Seaworthy in this year's Stampin' Up! catalogue. This one is ideal for using for male themed cards and I usually struggle with making these ones. The image and wording are stamped on confetti card stock and watercoloured using inkpads and blender pen.

The edges of these are distressed and sponged and layered on Chocolate Chip card. The patterned paper comes from the lovely DS paper pack called Outlaw and I have done faux stitching around the edges. The card is finished off with three eyelets to keep it balanced.

For anyone who uses patterned paper, these Stampin' Up! papers are wonderful value for money costing about $1.00 a sheet and they are all double sided and really good quality! I for one am going to stock up on all the packs I like this coming year as I am thinking we wont see them again for this price. If anyone in Australia would love to order some to use on cards, scrapbook pages or OTP projects, please email me!
