Baby Dreams

This image is a fabric one from Cotton Scraps - thought I would whip up a couple of quick cards with them today. Instead of getting my machine out and sewing around the image, I was lazy and used the pinking shears! When I was doing lots of sewing, I would have clobbered anyone who used my really good quality pinking shears on paper but my poor quilting etc has taken a back seat so I will use them for whatever now! Now I look at this card, I probably should have still sewn around the image.

All supplies are from Stampin' Up except for the image and pearls and I used the Cuttlebug embossing folder for the background. Hope all the new owners of the Big Shot are enjoying them - I love mine and seem to use it in some way on almost every card.

WOW Jean - how gorgeous is that image!!!!! And your layout pulls everything together beautifully.

I know what you mean about your sewing supplies - maybe we need to challenge ourselves to pick up the needles every now and then - have several projects that have been "on the go" for years - this paper crafting is too obsessive - LOL
