Father Christmas

I am home after my days away - home to the relentless heat so I wilt every day. Subsequently no stamping has been done but here is a card I had half finished on the retreat weekend.

Thank you Leigh for the image - not sure even who makes it but it is a perfect stamp to stamp in vintage colours. I had bought some lovely papers when away so picked these with my favourite purple shade on them!!

The carpet layer is putting the carpets in the bedrooms today - just a grey colour so nothing exciting about them but I was thinking of the practicality of them. So then I can start moving some of my stamping stash etc into my craft room drawers and cupboards.

Jean this card has a lovely vintage feel to it... love that bow too!!!
How exciting to think you can start moving in... yeeeppppppeee only problem will be the heat... that will slow you down a bit but still exciting, at least you will be able to sit in your room contemplating where to put everything while you recharge you over heated batteries... B

Hey Jean, excellent card. BTW, Darkroom Door lol. I need to see those MME papers used though. Sorry you are so hot, here's hoping you can get into your new house with the screens and air con asap.

That stamp is gorgeous, and a magnificent card to showcase him! It's a shame you didn't manage to sneak Santa into your bag when you packed - I'm sure Leigh wouldn't have noticed - LOL.
Good luck with the moving in - wow - how fun!
