Embrace Life

I thought it was about time I made a card again so went with the SCS card sketch challenge 216 for this one. It is a top folding card and I just went with the colours from the SU Ginger Blossom DSP for the flowers from the set Embrace Life. The background of the image is lightly stamped with the SU Canvas background stamp and I have put some Dazzling Diamonds on the flowers which have been cut out and placed over the branch image.

So hot and steamy here today - I really think we have more rain coming!

Oh yum Jean. I absolutely love this card. The background is fantastic, the way you've done the patchy canvas. Excellent. The sketch worked really well for this card.

Hi Jean
Your card is sooo pretty. I like how you stamped the background first on the main image panel. It makes it pop.

Jean, cool card! I would never have thought to put two half circles as backgrounds but it looks so cool. Plus the way the flowers in the center go off the edge of the white paper makes it look really nice. Great work!
