And another House Mouse

This one was made for the Monday House Mouse challenge this week - the theme of which is "tall and thin". This means a tall narrow card so I made mine wide and narrow LOL.

THe House Mouse stamp is called Nose to Nose in Flowers and is one of the original Stampa Rosa ones - I love it! It is coloured with Prisma pencils and marker pens and the fabric flowers have also been coloured with a marker.

Thank you Jane for the great idea of the ovals used with the wording. The punched hearts have been stamped with SU Sanded Background and the flowers have SU black brads in the centres.

Card: SU black, Old Olive, Blue Bayou and White, DSP Spring Break
Ink: SU Blue Bayou, Old Olive, Pumpkin Pie, Prisma Pencils, SU markers
Stamps: HM Nose to Nose in Flowers, SU Sanded and Make It Count
SU Pumpkin Pie ribbon, Kaisercraft flowers

My friends near Melbourne are safe from the bushfires but could see the fires north of them the whole time. 181 lives lost and another 80 missing feared dead at this stage. Forensic teams are slowly sifting throug the houses. While so many lives lost in Victoria as well as almost whole towns, livestock and wildlife, in north Queensland where the flooding is, livelihoods have been lost. Huge numbers of cattle have drowned or starved, cane and fruit growers have lost crops but of course that doesn't compare to loss of life.
