Spotlight Sunset

Well now isn't this a contrast to the last few cards I have posted! Andrea Walford has a tutorial for brayered and sponged sunsets on her blog. Andrea has such a lovely blog with so many tips and tutorials -thank you Andrea for the inspiration.

As well for this card I used the sketch for the SCS challenge #188. Just something a little bit different! I really enjoyed making this card and it is such fun to brayer and sponge until you get the look you like.

All supplies by Stampin' Up!

Card: Ruby Red, Always Artichoke, Chocolate Chip and Whisper White
Ink: More Mustard, Ruby Red, Bravo Burgundy, Chocolate Chip, Pumpkin Pie and Stazon Black
Stamps: Occasional Greetings, Spring Solitude, Sanded

Jean - even though this card isn't 'my cup of tea' I still think it's lovely and very striking with the colours you have used! I wish I could get the hang of sponging like you do though - I am hopeless! lol

Love the different card layout too!
