Baroque Motifs

Here is a VERY quick card using the lovely SU set Baroque Motifs. I have seen the most beautiful cards done with it and in all sorts of colour combos too.

The colours I used here are Chocolate Chip base and ribbon, creamy caramel and Old Olive for the swirls, lovely lilac for the small flowers and Elegant Eggplant for the big motif. I have placed a green brad in the centre of the motif.

We are having not nice days - cold southwesterly winds and I would think that a lot of Australia would be having the same conditions. No clouds though so lovely warm sun which makes a big difference. Very dry conditions here as we have had no rain since February and the dust is dreadful - well we can't have it all good can we?

Don't forget the Stampin' Up! promotion for this month - the 6 x 6 pad of double sided Designer papers in four different colours and 48 sheets. The papers are really good quality and colour and I have been having fun making up cards like a patchwork quilt with them - usually using four different colours and designs as a background. They look so pretty together. Two of the colours are ones that you cannot buy out of the main catalogue so once this month is over, no more of them! If you order $35.00 worth of Stampin' Up! products, you can buy one of these pads for $12.95 - great value as they have tons of uses! Please email me if you would like to order!
